Personel Profiles
As many of us here at A.G.T. had wagered, Dan Marchio was the first of us to attach the old ball and chain. Dan, and his new wife Jenifer, were married on February 17th down on the beautiful beaches of Cancun, Mexico. Several friends and members of both families made the trip to witness the event.

Dan and Jen met each other eight years ago, near their hometowns of Martins Ferry, Ohio, and St. Clairsville, Ohio. Three years later, they were dating. It’s all been down hill from there.
Jen attended college at Butler University (Indianapolis, Indiana) and Capital University (Columbus, Ohio) where she attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
The two of them recently purchased a new home together in the city of Delaware, Ohio, where they and their two cats, Gage and Vito, now reside.
All of us here at A.G.T. wish them both the best of luck!

Software Update
We have recently completed our latest software revision for the AGT400 Thickness Gauge and Reporting System. All gauges currently in production as well as all future gauges will use the Microsoft® Windows® XP Pro instead of Microsoft® Windows® 98SE. This change allows the AGT400 to remain at the leading edge of gauging technology and adds many new benefits both internally and externally. As always, our new software will work with all of our gauges currently in the field. So don’t worry if you have a gauge operating on the old Windows® 98SE platform.
Some of the software changes include: the ability to save changed target limits to old data in case of an error during the data entry stage, save customer input upon shutdown to eliminate the need to reenter data after a restart, and adding a comment button to the Shift Summary Report Screen.
Some Offline Data Analysis changes you will notice include a new, simpler installation program, and the ability to generate email friendly coil reports!
Most changes to the AGT400 software are internal and will not be seen by the customer, however, they will improve the operation of your gauge. The latest software version will begin to be loaded during our normal Semi-annual Inspections during the course of the next six months, and as always, there will be no charge for this update. We hope you enjoy our latest update!
