Our very own information technology guru, Todd Allen, celebrates 12 years of being with A.G.T. this month. Todd is an all-hands on deck guy who knows a lot about a lot. He is very well versed in all areas to help our company run as smoothly as possible. Todd has performed various roles throughout the years, including repairing computers, writing code, managing human resources and supervising operations. Cheers, Todd!

Thomas plans to take advantage of the AGT400’s networking capabilities along with the options for automated data entry and automated data gathering.
A.G.T. Adds Yoga
Advanced Gauging was founded on the principal of providing exceptional customer service, and to this day, our company’s philosophy is to always prioritize customers. Our customers’ satisfaction is a direct reflection of the outstanding employees of A.G.T. Steven R. Covey, author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People is famous for his words “Always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers,” and that is implemented in our office. Employees are offered onsite fitness training two days per week, and we recently added a third day for yoga. Yoga is a form of exercise that enhances specific bodily postures, cognizant breathing control and simple mediation. This fitness journey has improved the overall health and happiness of our team.
Five Minute Catch Up With John Fearing
John Fearing recently completed his annual week long motor cycle trip. This year he chose to ride solo and didn’t make any pre-planned stops. He rode where the wind blew him. He ran down to southern Ohio for a day of riding in his old stomping grounds of Lawrence County and dinner with his parents. Then he dropped down into central Kentucky heading west picking up parts of the Bourbon Trail. After riding through Kentucky he rode up into southern Indiana road east along the Ohio River back into southern Ohio before swinging back north to Columbus and home. Overall he covered just under 1,500 miles in five days. A nice easy no stress trip, well not entirely no stress, ask him about Bambi and wild turkey (not the drink) the next time you see him.
Happy & Healthy Employees
Our employees are getting stronger and healthier each week! Pictured below (left to right) Tiffany, MeLisa and Scott are doing plate pulls. A.G.T. has seen tremendous results by implementing a group fitness program midday twice a week this includes more productive performances, weight loss, happier employees and strong team bonding.
