McWane Ductile Orders New AGT800 Pipe and Pole System!
McWane Ductile in Provo, Utah has just ordered a new AGT800 Pipe and Pole System. This is the third system they have ordered in the last three years. McWane Ductile produces cast iron pipe and poles up to 16 feet long. This is a unique application that uses two opposing C-frames to oscillate in and out of opposite sides of the pipe being inspected. Our system will be installed adjacent to their pipe and pole line and will be used to accurately measure wall thickness. A.G.T. understands no two customers are the same, and because of that we have put a focus on being able to provide custom solutions for applications such as this.

As the Industry Grows, So Grows A.G.T.
With a strong economy the steel industry has been working diligently to stay ahead of demand and take advantage of this growth. This has led many of A.G.T.’s customers to be busier than they have been in years. With unemployment rates so low, it can be a challenge finding quality employees to meet this demand. However, there are far worse problems to have than too much business.
Following this growth, A.G.T. has been spearheading research and development for new products that will support this growing industry. Tolerance and accuracy requirements are continuing to become more strict and A.G.T. has the products necessary to help companies meet those requirements. We are growing with the industry and and diversifying our products to meet those growing needs. At A.G.T. we remain at the forefront of innovation and are always looking for new and beneficial ways to better serve our customers. So why wouldn’t you buy your gauge from A.G.T.?
