Greg Jasnikowski – Our Personal Trainer And Friend
You may have read about Greg Jasnikowski in a previous blog, where he was introduced as our personal trainer and friend. Well, we want to expand a bit on who Greg really is.
Jasnikowski is originally from Poland and now resides with his wife and two sons in the Columbus, Ohio area. Greg has a studio in Columbus, where he provides numerous fitness training and boot camp classes throughout the week. He uses over 15 years of experience and knowledge to personalize each training session. Greg is the founder of Power Up Training System, which combines martial arts’ power techniques, plyometric athletic drills and the best strength weight bearing exercises with incredibly effective stretching routines.
With our unique business culture, Greg travels to our facility every Tuesday and Thursday, where we spend about 45-60 minutes in A.G.T.’s warehouse gym pounding out a variety of vigorous exercises. Greg is not your typical personal trainer; he mixes up the routines each and every day. As a matter of fact, we have never duplicated a routine. We’ve had the pleasure of letting Greg get us healthy since April 2014 and we are still holding strong in 2015. Not only have we all seen results due to Greg’s expertise, but we decided to take things to the next level where for the next three months we have implemented a company-wide fitness contest! Our Team Gets Healthy And Fit
A few months ago, we started to get “BBG” also known as Body By Greg. BBG is a health, fitness and nutrition program, where Tuesdays and Thursdays we surrender ourselves to a forty minute exercise routine with Greg Jasnikowski (our personal trainer). We also have an opportunity to stay healthy by getting weekly nutrition and exercising tips and online videos. The online program is especially important for our Field Service Engineers when they’re traveling on service calls.
Though we were a little resistant at first, everyone gave it a shot anyways. Now, our team is healthier than ever. In fact, this is the healthiest some of us have been in ten or more years! We are proud to say, as a team we are down over 100 pounds! We especially look forward to coming to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays for our BBG training.
