A successful startup of an AGT400 is complete at Valmont Industries in Nebraska. Valmont is one of the world’s leading providers of engineered products and services for infrastructure and irrigation equipment in the agriculture industry. This thickness gauge is located on a 79” Herr-Voss Slitter, measuring steel from .048” to .280” thick.
Up and Running at National Material Processing
John Fearing, our Senior Field Service Engineer, has completed an AGT400 startup which replaced an obsolete GR100 thickness gauge at National Material in East Chicago. This gauger is a perfect fit for their 72” Pro-Eco slitting line. It is the fourth AGT system for National Material.
Installation Of An AGT400 Complete At Mill Steel
Our AGT400 is now up and running in Jeffersonville’s Mill Steel. This gauge will replace an obsolete BSK gauge and is measuring steel with a thickness range from .010” to .250”. It is located on a 72” Pro-Eco slitter.
Chicago Receives Another AGT400
National Material Processing Welcomes another AGT400, which will be located at their East Chicago location on a 72” Pro-Eco pickle line. The AGT400 will be responsible for measuring material with a thickness range up to .312”.
Another AGT 400 Is Delivered To Mill Steel
Mill Steel in Jeffersonville, Indiana received their second upgrade this year. Our AGT400 gauger will replace an obsolete ESC thickness gauge. This AGT400 will be on a 72” Herr-Voss slitting line and measure thickness with a range of .010” – .135”.
