Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a new gauge purchase order from Mill Steel Birmingham, AL. The order is for AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauges. The gauge will be located on a 72” Braner slitting line and scheduled to ship in January 2025.
A.G.T. receives a new Gauge Order from Phoenix Metals Co.
Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a new gauge purchase order from Phoenix Metals Katy, TX. The order is for AGT400 Laser Thickness Gauges. The gauge will be located on a 72” Red Bud slitting line and scheduled to ship in April 2024. This is Phoenix Metals first thickness gauge order from AGT.
A.G.T. Ships New Pipe & Pole System to McWane Ductile
A.G.T. shipped two new AGT800 Laser Thickness Gauges on October 21st, 2024 to McWane Ductile’s Provo Utah plant. The two gauges work together to create a proprietary Pipe & Pole Wall Thickness measuring system developed by A.G.T. specifically for McWane Ductile.
This will be the second Pipe & Pole Wall Thickness measuring system installed at Provo. McWane Ductile also has two systems at their Coshocton, OH facility.
New AGT400 Order Received from Allied Tube & Conduit
Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a new purchase order from Allied Tube & Conduit (Division of Atkore) in Harvey, IL. The order is for an AGT 400 Isotope Thickness Gauge that will be used to measure various steel alloys on a 72” Pro-Eco Pickle line. The gauge is slated to ship in two phases; Electronics Cabinet in November 2024 and C-frame in March 2025.
New Two Gauge Order Received from CSI Nucor
Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a new two gauge purchase order from California Steel Industries, Inc. , Fontana, CA. The order is for two AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauges for use on the #2 CGL Line. The AGT400’s will provide documentation and detailed coil reports which will be integrated into CSI’s plant wide network. That’s #MeasuringMadeEasy.
