A.G.T. has worked diligently to provide the best customer service in the business. We continuously work to prevent problems before they occur, so our customers always remain efficient and productive. A.G.T. is able to accomplish this through a simple, but incredibly effective manner: communication. Each department works together to ensure we are providing effective solutions that far exceed the expectations of our customers. To further improve our collaborative efforts, our team meets once a month to discuss current projects, upcoming opportunities and future endeavors. It is because of these collective efforts A.G.T. is able to provide the best service available day in and day out.
Behind the Software
As A.G.T. continues to grow as a company we have taken on more complex projects in order to serve the growing needs of our customers. Because of this, it is vital that our staff can manage these growing demands and exceed every expectation. That led us to the hiring of our newest Software Developer, John Bihn. John has been with A.G.T. since August of 2017 and has played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of our newest advancements in our software. As A.G.T. continues to innovate and expand, we are lucky to have the expertise and dedication John brings to work every day.
In the Field
As A.G.T. grows, so too does our staff. Three of our most recent additions started with us in November and have already become well versed in A.G.T.’s quality, attention to detail and customer service. This week, our newest Field Service Technician is on the road alongside veteran technicians performing semi-annual service. Next week our Marketing Coordinator and Marketing & Sales Assistant will be on the road visiting various processing plants to learn more about how we continue to serve our customers in the field. This is all part of A.G.T.’s commitment to being both the best thickness gauge manufacturer and service company in the marketplace.
