Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas, Texas is home to a popular show on the Discovery channel, Fast N Loud. A man’s man dreamland, it is considered a shop for building and flipping cars. Our Field Technician, Jim Russell had the pleasure of meeting Richard Rawlings, the main star of the show. Pictured below you will find Jim and Richard.
A.G.T. Adds Yoga
Advanced Gauging was founded on the principal of providing exceptional customer service, and to this day, our company’s philosophy is to always prioritize customers. Our customers’ satisfaction is a direct reflection of the outstanding employees of A.G.T. Steven R. Covey, author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People is famous for his words “Always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers,” and that is implemented in our office. Employees are offered onsite fitness training two days per week, and we recently added a third day for yoga. Yoga is a form of exercise that enhances specific bodily postures, cognizant breathing control and simple mediation. This fitness journey has improved the overall health and happiness of our team.
Laser Gauge Measures Vinyl
An AGT800 has been installed on a vinyl sheeting extrusion line in North Carolina. The laser gauge will measure thickness of material produced on this line comes in various colors up to .500”.
AGT400 To Chicagoland
An AGT400 has been shipped to Chicago Heights. This is the fourth A.G.T. gauge to be commissioned at Esmark Steel this year. This thickness gauge will be installed on a 60” Stamco slitter and measure steel <.100”.
AGT400 Installed At Metals U.S.A.
Metals USA in Madison, Illinois is now a proud owner of an AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauge. The AGT400 replaced an obsolete GR200. The measuring system is installed on a 72” Alcos slitter and used to measure the thickness on various steel alloys. This is the third Metals USA facility to switch over to Advanced Gauging for their thickness gauging requirements.
