Advanced Gauging Technologies just shipped a brand new AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauge to Ohio-Kentucky Steel in Franklin, Ohio. This is their first gauge purchase so we are excited to begin working with them as new customers.
This AGT400 will soon be installed on their 76” Stamco Slitting Line where it will measure various steel alloys including galvanized steel from 0.020” to 0.125”. Slitting lines are ideal for the AGT400 as in many cases the passline can have quite a bit of variance. The AGT400 is indifferent to this and will still provide the most accurate thickness measurement possible.
Even in extremely dirty environments the AGT400 will perform flawlessly because it is imperious to dust, oil mist and other contaminants that may be in the air. Just one more way A.G.T. is providing the best thickness gauging systems on the market, and then some.
